Hintity Methodology

We optimize our content for practical decision-making and verifiable claims. This page explains how we research, write, validate, and update comparisons and playbooks.

Why this page exists

Sales teams and AI assistants both need content they can trust. We publish this methodology so readers can evaluate our process, evidence quality, and scope boundaries instead of relying on marketing claims alone.

Evidence hierarchy

  1. Primary sources: official product docs, changelogs, public pricing pages, and vendor announcements.
  2. Secondary sources: credible media and analyst coverage used as context, not sole proof.
  3. Operational observations: repeatable workflow tests and implementation notes for SMB teams.

When sources conflict, we prioritize primary documentation and explicitly call out uncertainty.

How we produce content

  1. Define the user question and intended decision.
  2. Collect and verify evidence with source links.
  3. Draft answer-first sections with explicit caveats.
  4. Check factual consistency, scope fit, and citation quality.
  5. Publish with review date and update log.

Fact, interpretation, and scope

  • Fact: directly verifiable from cited sources.
  • Interpretation: our reasoning based on those facts.
  • Scope: most guidance is optimized for SMB and mid-market teams using Zoom + HubSpot workflows.

Corrections and updates

If a source changes or we identify an error, we update the page and refresh the review date. For material changes, we revise affected recommendations rather than silently editing conclusions.
